On behalf of Nordic Drugs, we are looking to recruit a QA manager with the possibility to take on the role as Responsible Person.

 

As Quality Manager at Nordic Drugs, you take responsibility for development and maintenance of Nordic Drugs’ quality management system. This involves a wide range of tasks. You prepare and update GDP/GMP related SOPs, as well as the training of employees. You handle risk assessments, deviations, change control and complaints. The work is carried out independently and involves many contacts with other departments within the company, our Nordic sales offices, partners in Europe and the Nordic pharmaceutical authorities. You represent Quality in projects and are project manager for specific projects, e.g. related to environmental work.

 

Examples of work tasks:

  • Involved in the quality work in accordance with EU-GDP/GMP, ISO 13485 and relevant national legislation.
  • Deputy to the Responsible Person, with the authority to act and make decisions in matters related to GDP. As a next step becoming the Responsible Person.
  • Responsible for qualification of new suppliers, internal audits and external audits of contract manufacturers, transporters, and wholesalers.

You report directly to our Nordic Director of Regulatory Affairs, PV & QA, RP, Ann-Margreth.

Who are you?

As a person, you are a solution-oriented team player who likes to take responsibility. Having many internal and external touchpoints and maintaining good relationships, is something you are good at. You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English and are an experienced IT user. You have at least five years of experience within Quality Assurance.
